Terms of Sale, Shipping & Warranty

The following terms apply to quotations and orders placed with Green Luxury Home (Guangdong Green Luxury Home Curtain Wall Technology Co., Ltd.). Your signed quotation or contract always takes precedence where it differs. Last updated: November 2026.

1. Quotations & orders

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are based on the sizes, specifications and quantities confirmed in writing.
• Custom-engineered products are produced strictly according to the approved drawings. Please check drawings carefully — approved dimensions and finishes are binding.

2. Payment terms

• Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T to start production, 70% balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading before original documents are released.
• Other terms (L/C at sight) may be arranged for established customers by prior agreement.
• Bank charges outside China are borne by the buyer.

3. Production & delivery

Typical lead time	15–25 days after deposit and drawing approval, depending on quantity and season. Exact date is confirmed on the order contract.
Shipping terms	FOB or CIF (incoterms 2020). Sea freight from Chinese ports; shipping time is typically ±30–40 days to Europe or Latin America depending on destination.
Packing	Export-grade: foam board + kraft paper + steel/wood crating engineered for sea freight.
Insurance	CIF quotations include marine insurance; FOB shipments can be insured on request.
Customs & duties	Import duties, taxes and clearance at destination are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide full commercial and customs documentation.

4. Quality & warranty

• Structural aluminium profiles carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects; PV glass modules carry the module manufacturer's performance warranty.
• Warranty excludes damage from incorrect installation, accidents, force majeure, or unauthorized modification.
• Report any transport damage within 7 days of container arrival with photos — we replace damaged parts free of charge on the next shipment or by air, depending on severity.
• Spare parts and profiles remain available for a minimum of 5 years after your order.

5. Returns

Because all products are custom-manufactured to your approved drawings, general returns are not accepted after production has started. Defective or damaged goods are covered by the warranty clause above. Sample orders of standard items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging, freight at buyer's cost.

6. Installation

Systems are delivered as pre-engineered kits with installation manuals and video guidance. Remote video design, installation drawing support and on-site technical supervision can be arranged separately — ask for a quotation.
